Photosynthesis
Photosynthesis, Pt. 4
10/05/09 23:54
After a long break, I decided to return to recording ambient drones. This one is done by playing the piano while filtered through a deep reverb, some equalizers, chorus and heavy overdrive distrotion with a high feedback rate. This is arguably the most heavy, distorted and noiseful part. But there is a reason for it and the composition of the piece is structured. You may also be interested in the first, second and third part of the series.
This piece is unedited, released as recorded.

This part is much lighter, spring bleeds through it. You can also be interested in the first and the second part of the composition.
